Standard kart, premium kart, junior kart – how exactly do the different karts that we use here differ? In order to shed some light on the darkness, we would like to introduce you to our different kart types in more detail in our next series of blog articles.
Today we start with our standard kart, the RiMO EVO6. Like all of our karts, our standard kart is designed in-house and impresses with its aggressive, sporty dynamic. Driving comfort is created by an ergonomic position of the steering wheel and a padded steering column strut. With our standard karts you can accelerate on our indoor as well as on our outdoor track. The karts can be driven from an age of 12 years and a height of 1.55 m.
SAFETY AND ALL-ROUND PROTECTION - STANDARD WITH OUR KARTS
It goes without saying that our top priority is to ensure your safety. Therefore, our standard karts are serviced daily according to a detailed inspection plan. The roll bar made of high-alloy 27 mm tube also offers all-round protection. Our RiMO EVO6 karts are characterized by their unique GS certification, which is issued by TÜV-Rheinland and ensures that our karts meet the quality and safety standards of the German Product Safety Act.
TECHNICAL DATA: RIMO EVO6 KARTS IMPRESS WITH THEIR EXCELLENT DRIVING BEHAVIOR
Finally, a few more technical data on our EVO6 karts from RiMO: The Honda GX 200 engine is a special conversion that enables us to run our standard karts with LPG (Liquefied Petroleum Gas). A kart weighs around 105 kg and has an impressive 8.5 hp. High-alloy drive shafts with a diameter of 30 mm and hydraulic dual-circuit brakes are installed in the karts. They are also equipped with steering wheels from Caliba and tires from BEBA.
