Airbus SG Hamburg E.V. Sparte Kartsport

On Sept. 1, 1999, 16 motorsport enthusiasts founded the kart division. Since then, the number of members has more than doubled to 40. Once a month we train at kart tracks in Hamburg, Lüneburg or Bispingen.

In addition, we compete in various competitions in Hamburg and the rest of Germany. We are already eight-time champions in Hamburg.

A highlight of our sport is certainly the annual multi-hour race in Bispingen, which has become a permanent institution. Enthusiastic karting drivers and friendly teams from all over Germany and Toulouse gather here for an event of a special kind. Our record for endurance karting is 99 hours in 2011. We finished third in the 24 Hours of Le Mans race.

Everyone is welcome, whether you are an ambitious kart driver or a pure fun driver. Guest drivers are also welcome.

Outdoorrace: 2 x 5 Min. Quali und 2 x 25 Min. Race
Indoorrace: 2 x 5 Min. Quali und 2 x 25 Min. Race
XXL Track (Outdoor + Outdoor additionaltrack + Indoortrack ): 15 Min. Quali und 45 Min. Race

Freitagsgruppe

The Friday group is almost as old as the kart center itself. It's where some of the track's best drivers meet weekly to run sporty and fair races together.

So far, 1085 participants have completed 333,858 laps with a total of 12,179 entries. This is equivalent to 272,681 kilometres, or about 3⁄4 of the distance between the Earth and the Moon.

We welcome every interested kart driver, young or old. We attach great importance to fair and non-contact behavior on the track, as well as good interaction with each other next to the track.

Sunday Racing

We are an interest community of karting drivers who meet on 10 dates a year to go karting together. We always drive on Sundays and always the premium karts.

We've got a mix of drivers who have been around for a long time and new drivers coming in. We're always looking for more drivers and we're happy when new people come in, whether they've got racing and karting experience or not.

CTR – Company Team Race

CTR races are 2 hour team races.

The races can be run well in two or even in threes.

The CTR racing series originated from the company sport and was initially reserved only for corporate teams. Since 2015, however, the series has been open to recreational teams.

You don’t have to be a professional or semi-professional to ride here, but a minimum of experience is required, as changing karts and drivers require some concentration.

The format is therefore not suitable for total beginners.
The entire series consists of eight races.

Weissin Racing Team E.V.

The premium karts cannot be driven at any time, but only to booked events. This is one such event where you can join other drivers to drive the premium karts.

The prerequisite is that you have a premium license. If you don't already have one, please contact the RS Kart Center first.

Kartklub Eichenhof

The Eichenhof kart club has been an integral part of the events since the kart track opened. After 21 years, we still have drivers of the first hour among us.

We are a group of hobby riders who sometimes only participate in our events. We are very happy to see growth. Guest riders are always "welcome."

We drive 10 races, spread out from April to October with the premium karts on the outdoor track. Of the 10 races, 7 are in the championship standings. We always meet at the bistro, where we also get paid.
